Why am i not losing anymore weight?

ive been working out about 4 months now and have lost about 70 lbs i started at 393 and im now down to 321. When i started i was doing about 3 miles a day on the treadmill or elliptical and about 45 min in the weight room but now im up too 4.0 to 4.5 miles a day and 30-45 min in the weight room just depending on how i feel. and im stuck at this weight and i want to get down around 230lbs can i get some help....i work 12 hour swing so its hard to stick to a diet cause my eating schedule changes every 2 weeks but i do eat very healthy lots of fruit veggies tuna and whole grains soy milk that kinda stuff. like today i had Breakfast: egg sandwich on whole wheat bread snack: banana nectorine lunch: thin whole wheat bagel laughing cow cheese wedge and a starkist tuna creations and some grapes afternoon snack was grapes and for dinner was the same thing i had for lunch and i drink about a gallon of water a day ....im just looking for some pointers so i dont get discouraged thanks!

I don't smoke, drink, not do drugs, nor any of that crap. I am also religious. I agree with you, you have to be very careful with whom you meet out there. Also if they see that you are the type of guy that is serious and doesn't like non seriousness, they will neglect you like they have. There are many people that will understand, don't let the few clueless ones throw you off. You surely do need help, regular counseling, someone you feel very comfortable talking with, that you plan on seeing for a long time, until this is fully under control. You need to do all you can, not to feed ( no pun intended) into the illness. The more you read on dieting and all the other things your doing, the more your reinforcing these thoughts. Also realize that your brain not being fed enough ( like now) will also cause your mind to go off course worse. At the level your at, it's not going to be a quick and easy thing, but it's surely beatable, that you see it as a problem, is a huge advantage for you. So get some kind of professional help to make sure you stay on track, and try replacing old bad habits with new healthy ones. Take a daily walk and eat sensible wholesome supportive foods, drink plenty of water, listen to upbeat and postive music, watch postive shows and movies and keep reminding yourself of the reality, that you'll only feel worse about yourself all the way around if you keep going, it's very sad to live life that way, again find those who understand it, and will help you through, but the actions are going to need to come from you, work at a new view of health and the habits to achieve it, and give it time, keep it enjoyable, and it will become a lifestyle, this will be a thing of your past, and your life will be better then you ever imagined!

Pet Rat Help? (Five weeks old)?

So I adopted a male pet rat from the local animal shelter yesterday. They had the rats separated by sex like usual and there were only two males. I got one and named it Oreo then I went back this morning and got the other and named it Snickers. They are in the Harts play city cage right now I know I need to get a bigger cage soon. I was looking for treats for them and I found yogurt bites. I read that they like yogurt but on the bag it says for rabbits and genie pigs, can they still eat it? Also they have a tunnel to sleep in and nesting fluff along with water and two small bowls of food. They also have wood chips that are unscented and all natural. I also got them a piece of wood that’s shaped like a wedge of cheese for them to chew on along with a small wood log for them to chew. They seem to be getting along fine. I noticed yesterday at the shelter Snickers was fine but on the way home he sneezed a few times and his poop is light brown and not black. Is he ok? Could it just be from being separated form his brother for a day? Any help would be greatly appreciated im worried about him. He doesn't have any discharge or anything and his eyes and skin are still clear. He also is still very active and lets me hold him just like the other. Should I be worried? They also have pretzel log treats. What else should I get them for treats and food. They have a wheel that's attached to the cage that they like to lay in along with their log. I think I have split personalities?

Ok so somedays I am super social. Giggly, happy, funny, sarcastic. The for some reason the next day I will do a 180. I will start to right dark poems. Write all over myself, be very very quiet. Blast hard rock music, relieve bad memories to make myself feel bad, and cry. So this can happy for a week on and off. Be gone for a month, then back again, then the next day im all good again. I have been through some things. Im not sure if this is the cause or not so ill just be brief. My parents split when I was 5. I went with my mom. She was a horrible alcoholic. I had to take care of my self basically she was never home. Would threaten to kill herself, even attempted it once with a knife to her wrist in front of me when I was 12(lucky though she missed the major vein). My dad was barely ever around. When he was he was an ok dad. I would have to stay at friends houses because if not my mother would shout obscenities at me or throw objects at me. Finally I could take no more so I ran-away to find my father at 13.( I didn't know where he was at the time) I went all the way from west palm beach to orlando. Once I found him, he took me in. That year 2 of my closest family members died, drug overdose. I feel guilty for leaving my mother, bad as she was I was the only thing keeping her semi ok.... alive even. I think she is guilty, but I believe she will be acquitted because the prosecution did not prove her guilty without a reasonable doubt. The jurors have been told over and over not to convict her unless it is without a reasonable doubt. If I were a juror I couldn't convict her for that reason. This is not a knife really, the only thing that allows to call it that way is its look and shape. The blade is 3.5 inches long and is neither sharp nor meant to be sharp, i.e. you can't cut anything with it even if you try very hard. The tip of the knife is not sharp too but has a shape of sharp wedge. So yes, if you push really hard, I think it is possible to harm a person. Though I don't think it can penetrate anything harder than t-shirt. I'll be having a flight to the US and I want to take this thing with me. Will they allow me to take it into the plane? If no, how can I transport it: should I put it into the non-hand-luggage (sorry, don't know the term)? BAM! left leg, right leg, left leg, and i'm like what the f***??? her flexibility on those karate kicks KILLED me! so i try 1 last thing, and i go forward to try to hit her and i had my hand down ready to throw a blow, and her left leg does a straight kick BAM! and karate kicks my hand away because i hadn't swing it yet, and then she does some cute spin and with her other leg, ANOTHER high karate kick in my face, BAM! and i fell down. Nightmares from when i was serving in the army....?

I recently started having dreams about my time i spent in the soviet armed forces. The nightmare is reoccurring about a KGB organized operation in the united kingdom. I was with my team whom i had been training with in Moscow back in the old country for 5 years. My team was from the 216th and we detached to find a defector threatening of the Kremlin's war plans. It was important we find and bring back the defector for, questioning. I was only 29 at the time and we were staying in Birmingham when we heard of the defector to be meeting with the members of the SIS on disclosing info on the plans. KGB officers gave us the location and time of when this would happen, dressed in civilian clothing we entered the shop 30 minutes before the met was organized. 3 or us were in the shop, and the other 3 were in the alley across the street. When the suspected defector arrived with his escorts. Soon another vehicle arrived with 2 men in suits suspected if being MI6. We had the go from Moscow and me and my comrades exited the shop single file with our PM's drawn while our comrades across the streets had their 74s drawn and advanced across the street. Encircled the men showed their hands while we moved them toward the escort car. The MI6 car had dark windows and we did not see the 2 SAS bodyguards in the car. They exited a bullets starting flying, a bullet hit my best friend and squad mate right in the neck. I emptied my clip into one guard while my comrade in cover behind a car shot the other with a 74 and he hit the ground fast, but not before he could shoot another one of my comrades between the eyes . The dream always ends when the brain matter from my dear friend hits my glasses and my face. I've had the same dream for 3 months and it's not the thing i want to see a head doctor for. Weakness isn't something Spetsnaz are known for. My grandson recommended i ask on this site. Any help is appreciated.

I grew up in a good home, both of my parents are still together, i was an only child, and no major catastrophe's happened to me as a child. When i was in the eighth grade, my christian friends pushed me away, and my other friends began to experiment with drugs and alcohol. I didn't get involved. Until ninth grade, i got so lonely and depressed because i didn't fit in, i cut myself. Two girls from church found out and made me tell my mom. She didn't care, though. She just told me it was stupid, and never said anything else about it. This was around November. I held strong until February, when i got involved with a senior. He was too forceful and rough, and controlling. I'd rather not go into what happened, he never hurt me or anything though. I broke up with him, but that guilty feeling along with the fear of him never went away. I started telling lies, to try to get people to care and understand that I was hurting. Nobody did though. So the lies got worse. I got involved in drinking, and drifted farther away from God. By summer, they were outrageous. It was unbelievable, and i felt so guilty about it. I went to a christian summer camp, and vowed to change my ways. I did, for a couple of months. Tenth grade came, i started failing all my classes. I quit caring. I cut again. I drank again. The lies started again. I knew it was wrong. I just couldn't resist. Nobody from church could help me, i was embarrassed to admit what i was going through. I was scared that I'd get put into a mental asylum for cutting. I couldn't bare to look into my parents eyes, because they saw their wonderful daughter of whom they were so proud. But all I saw was a failure. January, i finally told the truth about all the lies. I figured, if I'm honest, maybe, just maybe, I'll be forgiven. It'll be okay. So I told the truth to the friends who I had lied to. I cried all night that night, I cut again. I didn't see any way out of this mess. I felt like i was at rock bottom. I was considering suicide that night, because I felt so alone. I turned away from God. My friend knew i was falling apart, and despite the fact that I had lied to him for months, made me promise not to kill myself. I did. After that night, I didn't hear from him for about six months. Then, this summer, i stole tequila from my cousin. I had it hidden in my room, and didn't drink it. I went back to this same summer camp, and actually got it. I made amends with my friend who i had lied to. I got closer with my friends from church, and made some real christian connections. My friend insisted I tell a minister or a minister's wife about what I had done, but I can't bring myself to do it. I don't trust adults after my mom didn't care when I had cut, and I don't trust God. I don't like to admit that, and I want that to change, but I don't know how. Someone, please, help me? And don't say "This is a stupid situation, just do it" or "why would you consider suicide or cut yourself". I already feel guilty enough. Golfing tips NEEDED please!!!?

Ok so I'm 16 and started to golf for fun 2 weeks ago and I went to the driving range once and did alright all I care about is hitting the ball right now. Which is where I need help. In my yard probably a few times a day for like a half hour I go out with a 9 iron(closest to a wedge I have) and hit balls. I'm guessing 60% of the time I "top" the ball which is incredibly frustrating to chase the ball 10 feet and hit again, 20% of the time I take a chunk of dirt out before the ball without even touching the ball or just touching the ball with the side of the club and have it fly way left(I'm a lefty). 10% is that rare perfect hit. But that's only at first. If I can hold myself together and stay out there I hit more and more good hits until I get it almost everytime. Buttttt then the next time I cone out it's like in starting from scratch which is so frustrating because I know I can hit a good ball. I use the interlock grip and my pinky finger is getting a little sore but not bad. So is there anything to practice to keep doing good?? Cuz I just don't wanna be holding people up at the golf course and embarrassing myself

Was my concern for my casual an overreaction?

We were making love (me on top and him on bottom and he was on his knees and towards the pillows at the top of the bed. Halfway thu he wedged his head between the 2 pillow and buried his face under one pillow. My mum has a primary lung lesion near her spinal cord. The doctors are deciding whether or not she is fit for surgery. She has been given the option of a wedge resection, cyberknife surgery or an open thoracotomy. She is in a psychiatric unit being treated for severe depression at present. She has gained weight since her admission. She has had surgery before 13 years ago for a partial lobectomy. She thankfully has had no recurrences of her old cancers and no metastases thank God. I hope they can do something then she can forget about nodules and cancers altogether and concentrate on the depression lifting which is gradually happening since the admission to the psych unit.

My Viza Viper gas scooter stops when riding! Help!?

I have a 33cc viza viper gas scooter. I recently got a new gas tank. The Company does not make them anymore so I had to get a different one and had to get my uncle who works at a repair shop to put a wedge or something since it didint fit. When I got the new tank on. It worked GREAT. They put a new racing sprocket in, tuned it up and sprayed something on the chain. I rode my scooter alot after the repair. I probably wasted like 10 miles on gas. Well anyway i started noticing the scooter jerking as if it where stopping, it would still accelerate but at certain times it would make those dying noises.Any scooter owners know when they are out a gas there scooter like jerks and starts slowly dying. well MY scooter started to go that. But its different because my tank was half full. Well it got worse later on, and from this day Every time I start It it dies in 15 seconds or less. I personally think its the fuel lines since they are alot longer and cant reach the carburator. But even if I press the little pump thingy I do it like 20 times so enough gas gets in but its not working I have herd people saying its a air leak but I dont think it is. sorry for the long story. I just want my problem Fixed! HELP!!!! P.S. people PLEASE dont say my scooter is garbage china crap. I just want my scooter fixed okay?

We broke up 3 months ago...we dated for a year and 4 months. I feel like ive tried everything that everyone has been telling me to do to help me get over him. I've cut him off, meaning Ive blocked him from facebook, I haven't talked to him in about a month. I changed my number, I blocked him on twitter, I even went half way across the United States to Colorado for a little Vacation just to get away... I know that pain is inevitable & suffering is optional, but I feel like I'm doing everything in my power to stop my suffering , and it's not working.. I know it takes time, but three months is a long time... I'm not just sitting in the house either, I'm going out...even though I see him half the time, I spend time with my friends, I do things that I enjoy to do, for example play the game, and go on walks and stuff, but it's just not working. I'm jealous of him because it took only two days to get over me. I found out he had a new girlfriend. I've been having dreams lately that me and him get back together, and it's not just some regular make-up, it's like one of those make-ups that you see on the romantic movies, like "The Notebook" or something lol. With the big, dramatic, Romantic kiss when it happens lol. Anyways, sometimes I feel like I'm good, and I'm getting over him, then sometimes I feel guilty , like everything is my fault, and I caused us to break up. I'm just honestly tired of all of this, and I've never been more aggravated in my whole entire life. Why do my friends act like this?

My friends have recently started to seclude me from certain things. Things such as not inviting me to their party on skype, or not inviting me over to a LAN party (like a video game party) When I confront them about having a separate skype party thing they deny it. I see you have tofu,cheese & veggie meatballs but i don't know how much protein they provide.If you're not getting a min of approx 100g per day at your weight you need to bump that up. You can supplement with a couple of protein shakes per day (whey protein is best). I believe you can get Soy protein powders but whey would be best and you obv do dairy (with cheese & milk) so i'd go for that. Consume a protein shake str8 after your exercise - there's a 30 minute window when your muscles will suck up nutrients. Egg whites are good too if you do eggs and obviously lean meat and fish. You also need to be lifting weights to really grow muscle.

I have a 1987 Nissan pickup with a 2.4 liter z24i engine. I am putting on a new cylinder head because the old one was warped. Prior to dissasembly I marked the timing chain and the cam sprocket so that I could preserve my correct timing, and immobalized the chain by jamming a wooden wedge so that the chain was locked against the tensioners. ( I had hoped I was only going to be swapping out a head gasket) So the main crank and the timing chain have been immobile this whole time. Obviously the valve positioning has been altered since I have a new head. BUT it occurs to me that since the camshaft has a knockpin that fits into the only whole on the cam sprocket, will not the valvetrain return to it's original position once I align the marks I made on the cam sprocket and the timing chain? If so this would save me a LOT of labor since I would not need to remove the timing belt cover to re-establish the correct timing. Am I correct?

BAM! left leg, right leg, left leg, and i'm like what the f***??? her flexibility on those karate kicks KILLED me! so i try 1 last thing, and i go forward to try to hit her and i had my hand down ready to throw a blow, and her left leg does a straight kick BAM! and karate kicks my hand away because i hadn't swing it yet, and then she does some cute spin and with her other leg, ANOTHER high karate kick in my face, BAM! and i fell down. OK, ENOUGH! I CAN'T BELIEVE her karate worked as easily as it did on me! she told me a lot of females are taking it now. THEN STOP! At least unitl i figure out a way to beat it. No. Stay back and use a combat rifle or smg since he moves alot and hits hard, you can't be too far back or too close. Its best to lvl once since damage is based off lvl so go run through skag gully. Also, TKs Wave does extra damage against shields...so it works great to bring his shields down then switch to an smg or combat rifle to.get his health down. Also, feel free to spam your action move and nades. I really suggest going back to skag gully though

My best friend and I are very different. After the 4th time I started talking to people so now I know beforehand if any girls are looking for her and I send her away before they show up and deal with them. I'm 17 and I got a speeding ticket after coming home from work one night. Your not aloud to drive after 9 if you under 18 but i had a note from my employer so he didn't site me for that. when he walked up to my window he asked me "what was the necessity of going 80". He didn't ask me what speed I thought I was going or why I thought I was pulled over. he also shined his light in my eyes to check if I was drinking. i believe this confused me and he somehow convinced me I was speeding. He said he clocked me at a local church down the street which is 1.2 miles away from where he pulled me over. I went to the church to day and asked the reverend if they ever gave the police formal permission to park there so technically he was trespassing. After talking with the reverend a little more I found out that they always knew that they parked there and they actually preferred if they didn't. Any way on the night of my pull over he said i was doing 80 but he sited me for doing 79. I would have preferred if he told me i was doing 79 instead of rounding up to 80 because it sounded better. He also clocked me in a 45 mph zone when he pulled me over in and "end 45 mph zone" which means its the state speed limit a which is 55 mph. the speed limit signs were covered by over grown trees so where the speed limit changes over can be very unclear especially at night. I took pictures of the "end 45 mph" sign and the 45 mph sign before the the other sign that was closer to the church (both are covered by trees). I didn't see his lights until i was about to turn into my driveway (that"s right he pulled me over in front of my own home) and his sirens were only on for a split second and even when I pulled over he was still really far away from me. He didn't site me for reckless driving and according to New York sate DMV laws for the speed he accused me of going he should have so obviously he didn't have a clear sight on me. Also where he was located at the church, there is a sign and bushes so his field of view is obstructed. While talking with another police officer, I found out that officers don't use radar to administer tickets, tickets are administered based on an officers observation. Radar is only hearsay. On the night of my pullover it was very windy. I have weather reports proving this and I read the manual of the radar he was using and it said wind can affect radar accuracy. I also plan on using a court case. The Miami radar trial (State of Florida v. Aquilera) where a news reporter clocked a house doing 28 miles an hour and a palm tree doing 86 miles an hour. I am an honor student and used the excuse that i was under pressure from school, my job and the testing that was coming up in June. he then said i wish you luck on those tests and proceeded to telling me a story about how he would have to scrape my dead body from my car when i hit a tree doing 80. I plan on bringing my report card with me to the meeting with the ADA (which is on July 6th) to show that I'm a good kid. I want to know if I have enough of an argument that the cop was trespassing on the church property when he clocked to get dismissed by the ADA. I had the reverend sign a letter I typed up stating he never gave permission to the police. Please don say I should just plead guilty and move on because I know I wasn't going the speed he accused me of going. I really don't want to have to take this to court and spend money on court fees that i need for my college courses I'll be taking in the senior year of my high school. I think you should trust her. If something had happened, she wouldn't have told you anything. If anything happened would he be sleeping on the floor and would she be on the bed fully clothed? Funniness Comes and Goes With My GF?

You have to realize nobody is funny 24/7. Not even taking into consideration your home life you come from. The most hilarious people in the world are not ALWAYS funny. There are times when they just act normal. For instance, my boyfriend are very goofy withe each other and constantly joking.
