I'm on the 1400 calorie diet but sometimes tend to mess up on this diet.As for being active that's not a problem.I jog/walk an hour 7 days week.Well today my intake has been lower than 1400 it's actually 1175.My calories for today were consumed throughout the day by two bowls of cereal, cashews, a beer and two white castle cheeseburgers.Damn I feel guilty saying this but it's true.I must stay focused with eating healthy.Anyway even though my calories aren't over but I've ate unhealthy is this okay?
