Am I anorexic? Please help me..?
There are many people that will understand, don't let the few clueless ones throw you off. You surely do need help, regular counseling, someone you feel very comfortable talking with, that you plan on seeing for a long time, until this is fully under control. You need to do all you can, not to feed ( no pun intended) into the illness. The more you read on dieting and all the other things your doing, the more your reinforcing these thoughts. Also realize that your brain not being fed enough ( like now) will also cause your mind to go off course worse. At the level your at, it's not going to be a quick and easy thing, but it's surely beatable, that you see it as a problem, is a huge advantage for you. So get some kind of professional help to make sure you stay on track, and try replacing old bad habits with new healthy ones. Take a daily walk and eat sensible wholesome supportive foods, drink plenty of water, listen to upbeat and postive music, watch postive shows and movies and keep reminding yourself of the reality, that you'll only feel worse about yourself all the way around if you keep going, it's very sad to live life that way, again find those who understand it, and will help you through, but the actions are going to need to come from you, work at a new view of health and the habits to achieve it, and give it time, keep it enjoyable, and it will become a lifestyle, this will be a thing of your past, and your life will be better then you ever imagined!
