At a Meet N' Greet for My Chemical Romance, are you allowed to give one of the band members a hug?

Even though the chances are probably ridiculously slim, this is pretty much one of the things on my bucket list. I want to give Gerard, Frank, Ray or Mikey a hug before I die. I was just wondering if it's possible-- don't they have bodyguards or something? And even if they don't, would they allow you to give them a hug?
