Will your first love kill you?

Emotionally for the rest of your life? I fell in love with mine the first day I saw him. Now its been nearly 15years and I still cant get over him, I have a wonderful family and a fantastic husband, but for some reason I find my self thinking of him quite often,and I feel guilty.
