Exceptions to Traffic citation court?

So I just got a speeding ticket, I was going 15 over, got pulled over by Georgia state patrol. I don't have a problem paying the fine, but it says here I have to appear in court in October. My problem is I am enlisted in the air force and it's very possible I could be in Basic training or technical school far away from this city by the time it's October. My understanding before was when you got a speeding ticket you only went to court if it was something ridiculous like going 100 in a 35 or if you wanted to plead non guilty. I'm obviously guilty and going to pay the fine so is there a way around having to go to court since I'll be in the military, it seems pretty stupid.
