Casey Anthony question?

Originally, the arresting officers had reason to believe that Casey had knowledge of her daughter's disappearance because she lied about Caylee's whereabouts, claiming she was with a nanny when she obviously was not. She was arrested, but later released under the pretense that she would cooperate with cops and assist in the search for Caylee.
